Our business has been established on the premise of working with clients to manage and develop their businesses. Every one of our clients is unique and has a very specific set of needs and requirements. We tailor our service offering to them to meet these needs and expectations. We understand that clients don't really value the compliance work that needs to be done every year (let's face it - who would do a tax return if it wasn't needed?) but they DO value what can be done with that information as a basis for planning their next couple of years' budgets etc.
WE THINK! We know that sounds almost silly, but we deliberately keep our client numbers down so that we have the time to think about our client issues and develop strategies that deliver exceptional results for them.
The internet is the only advertising we do (apart from the smallest ad possible in the Yellow Pages) - our growth has come solely from client referrals - the best form of advertising there is.
Our client base is fairly diverse and spread widely up the eastern seaboard of Australia. Client size ranges from very small (turning over less than $100,000 per year) to quite large (turning over in excess of $70 million per year).
Many accounting firms offer a wide range of services to their clients such as:

This business is a little different.
Our clients are offered the first four of the above, along with being offered strategic planning, succession and estate planning, IT support and business development services. This is due our clients being businesses.
We do not offer audit, insolvency or financial planning services. We do however have a panel of experienced, highly qualified experts in these areas to whom we refer our clients.
We offer dedicated business advisory services to clients who are wanting to grow, develop and consolidate their activities in a defined structure and with a business which partners them as they develop. It's all about working with you to create the lifestyle and outcomes you seek.
We do not do timesheets, we agree our price with our customers prior to commencing any work and we assist our customers in designing and implementing effective and profitable initiatives to enable them to enjoy what they do along with the fruits of their labours.
Our approach is a little unusual – it’s come about as a result of our own internal planning process and discussions with clients as to what they were and are wanting.
